Assistant Instructor Rodney Nash is a green belt in American Kenpo Karate under Sifu Jim Dryburgh and assists with classes at PowerKenpo martial arts, self-defense and karate school.

Rodney Nash's daughter inspired him to get back into Karate after a brief hiatus.

He began training in martial arts almost five years ago to get in shape, but two young children and a busy work schedule forced him to stop attending classes. One day his daughter came home from school and asked if she could take karate classes after school ... so Rodney signed both of them up the next day.

Rodney is a 1st Degree Black Belt. He teaches the Tuesday 5:30PM Adult class, and assists throughout the week with many other classes.
