The person who tries to cut in front of the Cavagnaro family in line at the movies is in for big trouble.

This family of four has been attending martial arts classes at PowerKenpo for nearly two years now, and they continue to get more excited and involved in Kenpo Karate.

"Both Richard and I are in the restaurant business," explains Kimberly Cavagnaro, "and Kenpo is a really positive way for us to blow off steam and still spend time with the kids."

The kids initially enrolled in one of PowerKenpo's after school karate programs. As Richard and Kimberly brought them to class each Saturday, they gradually became interested in the sport. "It just seemed like we were wasting our time sitting in the stands" Richard explains. "Now we're all having fun — and getting in shape — together."
