The Personal Form in American Kenpo Karate
In order to be promoted to a black belt in American Kenpo Karate, PowerKenpo students must develop a "personal form". The personal form, combined with the student's written thesis on Kenpo Karate, is a way for each student to bring his own unique perspective to the art of Kenpo Karate. It summarizes the student's emotional, spiritual and philosophical connection to the art.
